The 2009  Chile Camp Schedule:

Applications for the 2008 summer camp will be accepted for the 12-day camp session at El Colorado, Chile starting Jan 2009

Camp dates:  6-19 August, 2009

[ A special pre-camp session is being considered for 2009 to include day trips to surrounding ski areas (Valle Nevado, La Parve, Portillo, etc.)   More information will be posted in early 2009 ]

(Main race camp: Departs Newark A/P evening of Aug 6th, arriving El Colorado morning of Aug 7th.   Returning evening of Aug 18th, arriving Newark A/P morning of Aug 19th.)

* Cost:    TBD   (to include all air & ground transportation between Newark Airport, NJ & El Colorado, Chile, lodging, lift tickets, meals (breakfast/dinner), training lanes, coaching, etc.)   (See 'Chile Camp Info' folder more more detailed information)  (Flight arrangements can be made thru Huston, TX for western athletes)  (Final camp cost is based upon current USD/CLP exchange rate and is subject to change)

* $300 deposit required when submitting Camp Application Form

* If full balance is received before   May 1st, 2009,  $200 will be refunded

   If full balance is received before June 1st, 2009,  $100 will be refunded

          ( Full balance required to be eligible for associated refund)

* Additional information will be forwarded to the applicant upon

   recite of the completed application form and deposit.

* ARCS-USA club membership is free to all Chile camp

   participants;  USSA membership required.
