Camp Services/Amenities/Features:

The El Colorado Summer sessions are 'all inclusive' packages offering the following services:

  • Complete round trip airfare and ground transportation between Newark A/P and El Colorado, Chile.  Special arrangements for flight thru Huston for western participants can be arranged.

  • Daily meals include "all-you-can-eat" breakfast and dinner

  • "Free-ski" days at adjacent 'La Parva' or 'Valle Nevado' ski areas

  • A full compliment of USSA certified coaching staff members

  • Mixture of on-hill skiing, drills, gate training and timed runs

  • Exclusive training/race lanes for GS & SL disciplines

  • Timed competition events

  • Sightseeing trip : Pacific coastal region of Valparaiso & Vina del Mar or city of Santiago (depending on weather conditions)

  • Video taping and analysis (with both on-hill camera & evening high-definition, large viewing screen)

  • Ski-in and ski-out (30 secs from lift/lodge) full-service condos (with TV/radio, full bath, housekeeping & linens)

  • Condo complex includes:

    • Recreational facilities with game rooms, swimming pool, hot tub, central DVD/TV large screen viewing room

    • Free wireless Internet access

    • Mini-food market (only one in El Colorado; has everything you might need)

  • Main Ski Lodge also provides 'free' wireless Internet service with available PC workstations for a small nominal hourly charge (~3 USD/hr)

  • Eleven days of world class race training & coaching

  • All training/race lanes fees and site-seeing ground transportation included

  • Evening World Cup race run reviews and analysis of day's video

  • Achievement awards and individual assessment discussions

  • Each camp participant receives a copy of a CD of digital pictures & DVD of video training runs/races taken during the session, plus an official ARCS-USA T-shirt & 'hoodie' sweatshirt

  • Late afternoon training dry land,  equipment maintenance and fun activities scheduled daily

  • Shared accommodations (~4-5 participants per Condo) are in fully equipped condos including boot rm, ski prep area, & ski lockers. (Private condos available upon request for additional charge )

  • Management & logistics of entire trip provided
